1. Total Delivery Timeline
Our total estimated delivery window worldwide is 3 to 4 weeks (19 to 27 total days) from the date your order is successfully placed.
  • Production Phase (7 Working Days): 
  • Transit Phase (12 to 20 Days): Once production is finalized, your custom kit is securely packed and handed over to our international shipping carriers for transit to your doorstep.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We provide reliable, fully tracked delivery options based on your shipping location:
Please note: Shipping times are estimates provided by our carriers. While we work diligently to minimize delays, delivery windows may fluctuate slightly during peak holiday seasons or due to local postal carrier delays.
3. Tracking Your Order
We believe in absolute transparency. Your tracking journey updates in stages:
  1. Immediate Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout.
  2. Production Update: You will receive an email as soon as your kit has entered production.
  3. Active Tracking Link: As soon as the courier scans your package, an automated tracking number will be emailed to you.
Please allow 3–5 days after dispatch for the tracking link to show its first live movement as it clears international customs hubs.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. If your kit arrives damaged, or if your package is officially declared lost by the postal carrier, please contact our support team immediately at info@spicesparkle.com.
Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods, and include your order number and photographic evidence in your email so we can help you the best we can.
6. Address Corrections
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
