Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions

Welcome to The Sparkle Club, the official Sparkle & Spice affiliate programme! 🌶️✨

We’re so excited to work with creators who genuinely love Sparkle & Spice and want to share our products with their communities.

By joining The Sparkle Club and using your affiliate code or link, you agree to the following terms.

1. Affiliate Commission

Sparkle Club affiliates will earn 5% commission on eligible sales attributed to their unique affiliate code or link.

Commission is calculated on the eligible product value of the order after discounts have been applied and excludes shipping charges, taxes, refunds, cancellations and any other non-eligible charges.

2. Affiliate Discount Code

Each affiliate may be provided with their own unique discount code to share with their audience.

Affiliate codes are intended to help promote Sparkle & Spice and should only be advertised by the affiliate through their own content, social media platforms, videos, lives or communities.

Discount codes cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions unless Sparkle & Spice specifically states otherwise.

Sparkle & Spice reserves the right to change, pause or withdraw an affiliate discount code at any time.

3. Qualifying Orders

Commission will only be payable on genuine, successfully completed orders that are correctly attributed to the affiliate.

Commission will not be earned on:

  • Cancelled or fully refunded orders
  • Fraudulent or suspicious transactions
  • Gift card purchases
  • Shipping charges or taxes
  • Orders where an affiliate code or tracking link was not correctly applied or attributed
  • The affiliate's own purchases, unless agreed otherwise by Sparkle & Spice

For partially refunded orders, commission may be adjusted to reflect the final eligible order value.

4. Commission Payments

Affiliate commission will be reviewed and paid monthly.

Where necessary, commission may be held until the relevant order has been fulfilled or any applicable refund/cancellation period has passed.

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information and for any personal tax obligations arising from affiliate income.

5. Content & Promotion

We want Sparkle Club creators to have fun and create content that feels natural to them. There is no requirement to post a certain number of times or achieve a minimum number of sales unless separately agreed.

However, affiliates must represent Sparkle & Spice honestly and must not make false or misleading claims about our products, pricing, delivery times or business.

Affiliates must also clearly disclose their affiliate relationship when promoting Sparkle & Spice where required by applicable advertising rules.

6. Brand Use

Affiliates may use the Sparkle & Spice name and approved product imagery for the purpose of promoting their affiliate relationship.

Our branding, artwork, product images and other intellectual property must not be altered, reproduced, sold or used for unrelated commercial purposes without permission.

The artwork featured on our diamond painting kits is licensed artwork and remains the intellectual property of the relevant artist. Joining The Sparkle Club does not grant affiliates any rights to reproduce or commercially use that artwork outside of promoting Sparkle & Spice products.

7. Paid Advertising & Code Promotion

Affiliate codes must not be promoted through paid advertising using the Sparkle & Spice brand name without prior written permission.

Codes should not be submitted to coupon, voucher or discount-code websites unless Sparkle & Spice has specifically agreed to this.

Affiliates must not impersonate Sparkle & Spice or create accounts, websites or pages that could reasonably be mistaken for an official Sparkle & Spice account.

8. PR Products

Membership of The Sparkle Club does not automatically guarantee free products or PR packages.

From time to time, Sparkle & Spice may choose to offer PR products, early access or other opportunities to selected Sparkle Club members. These will be offered separately and at our discretion.

9. Programme Changes

As Sparkle & Spice is a growing small business, The Sparkle Club may evolve over time.

We reserve the right to change commission rates, discount amounts, payment arrangements or other programme terms.

Where a significant change affects existing affiliates, we will aim to provide reasonable notice before the change takes effect.

Commission already validly earned before a change will not be retrospectively reduced.

10. Ending Membership

There is no fixed-term commitment to The Sparkle Club.

Affiliates may leave the programme at any time.

Sparkle & Spice may suspend or end an affiliate's membership where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, the programme has been misused, fraudulent activity has occurred, or the affiliate's conduct could reasonably cause significant harm to Sparkle & Spice or its artists.

Any legitimate commission earned before termination will remain payable, subject to these terms.

11. Independent Affiliate Relationship

Joining The Sparkle Club does not create an employment, partnership, agency or joint venture relationship between the affiliate and Sparkle & Spice.

Affiliates participate as independent promoters of the brand and are responsible for their own content, platforms and applicable tax obligations.

12. Acceptance

By joining The Sparkle Club, receiving or using an affiliate code/link, or participating in the programme, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
