Because of this, I’m unable to offer refunds, cancellations, returns, or exchanges once your order has entered production.
Each kit is individually prepared based on your chosen design, which means it can’t be resold or reused once the process has started.

What is made to order?
Rather than holding large amounts of stock, your chosen design is sent directly to our trusted production team, where your kit is carefully created before being shipped straight to your door.
This print-to-order allows us to offer a wider range of unique designs and ensures that every kit is freshly produced just for you.
How I Choose My Designs
Diamond painting has been a huge passion of mine for years, so I’m incredibly selective about the artwork I bring to Sparkle & Spice.
Every design you see see from our licensed artists is work I genuinely love and would be excited to complete myself. I carefully choose each piece based on the cosy, magical and feel good style that made me fall in love with diamond painting in the first place.
For me, supporting artists matters just as much as creating beautiful kits. Every licensed design means the artist behind it is recognised and rewarded for their creativity and I’m proud that through Sparkle & Spice Kits, I can help support that.
Shipping & Processing 💌
Every order is made especially for you, so please allow around 2–5 weeks for your kit to be carefully prepared and shipped.
Sometimes delays can happen during busy periods or public holidays, especially as my trusted production partners are based in China. If this happens, I’ll always appreciate your patience and understanding.
I know waiting for happy mail can feel like forever, but I promise it’ll be worth it ✨
