Thank you for shopping at Sparkle&Spice. Because our diamond painting kits are made just for you, we enforce a strict refund and cancellation policy to account for production and international transit costs.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms:

Because we immediately forward your order details and custom image files to our production team to ensure the fastest possible delivery, cancellations are only accepted before production. The raw materials for your canvas have been cut and printed, and the order cannot be canceled, recalled, or refunded.

We cannot issue refunds for items that are currently in transit. Our total delivery window is 3 to 4 weeks.

If your kit arrives damaged, has defective printing, or is missing structural pieces, we will make it right immediately. Please email using our contact sheet within 7 days of delivery with:

Once everything is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
